Recently, we have expanded our queue management system with a new integration: Mosadex T&T. Thanks to this integration, pharmacies working with Mosadex can operate even more efficiently and provide more patient-focused service.

Patients are helped optimally

Patients enter a pickup code at the queue kiosk. As soon as a patient is called to the counter, the patient screen automatically displays the relevant prescription details. Pharmacy staff can immediately retrieve the medications and hand them over to the patient. If multiple prescriptions are available for the same patient, a notification appears, allowing the staff member to proceed quickly to the next prescription. This ensures that patients are helped optimally and can leave the pharmacy swiftly.

One of the first pharmacies to start using the integration is Service Apotheek Duiven. The experiences have been positive: staff report significant time savings and improved workflow visibility. Waiting times have also been noticeably reduced, as patients are served more quickly.
